- What counts as a property?
- One address, on or off PadSplit, with any number of rooms.
- How does the price change as I grow?
- Your first 10 properties are $49 each, properties 11 to 50 are $39 each, and every property from your 51st is $29. For example, 12 properties cost 10 × $49 + 2 × $39 = $568 a month.
- What happens after the trial?
- Add a card anytime to keep going. If you don't, your account pauses as read-only and we keep your data for 30 days.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, and you won't be charged again.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Annual and lifetime purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Monthly plans aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime. Pricing, trials, refunds and lifetime plans
